1) Clean the dust, water mark, rust and other foreign matters attached to the diesel generator set, and remove the oil and dirt in the air filter;
2) The whole device of the diesel generator set shall be inspected comprehensively. The connection shall be tight, the operating mechanism shall be flexible, and the crankshaft rotation shall be free of stagnation;
3) Check whether the cooling system is filled with coolant and whether the water pump is filled with suction water. Whether the pipeline has leakage or blockage (including air resistance) phenomenon;
4) Check the fuel stock in the fuel tank, open the fuel switch, loosen the bleed bolt of the high-pressure oil pump, remove the air in the fuel pipeline, and tighten the bleed bolt;
5) Check whether the oil level is between the two marks on the oil dipstick, and whether the fuel pump and governor have enough oil;
6) Check the reliability and flexibility of the connection between governor lever and oil pump rack, and check whether there is enough oil at the same time;
7) Check whether all electrical circuits (including charging and starting circuits) are connected correctly and in good contact;
8) Check the pipe joints of diesel engine supply, lubrication and cooling systems for water leakage and oil leakage;
9) All components in the control panel shall be complete, clean, free from damage and looseness;
10) Disconnect the silicon rectifier and capacitor, remove the ground wire, and measure the insulation resistance of the primary line and rotor winding to the ground with a 500 volt megohmmeter. It should not be less than 3 megohm, otherwise drying measures should be taken;
11) Check that the wiring from the generator to the switch panel is correct, and the negative load is connected to the control panel through the double throw switch, which should be isolated from the power grid (the air is open circuit, which should be in the short circuit position; The U, V and W ends of the generator correspond to the bus bar of the control panel
12) Check whether the position of each switch on the control panel is normal, the main switch should be in the opening position, and the control panel with automatic voltage regulation should be in the manual position;
