Precautions for diesel generator set
1. The rated power (i.e. the capacity of diesel generator set) is the allowable output power (including 10% overload operation for 1 hour) under the condition of ambient temperature of 20 ℃, relative humidity of 60% and atmospheric pressure of 760 mmHg.
When working beyond the above environmental conditions, the output power of the generator set shall be adjusted
2. When the diesel generator set operates continuously for more than 12 hours, it is converted into 90% of its output power (i.e. permanent power). If the above environmental conditions are exceeded, the sustained power is also calculated as 90% of the corrected power.
3. If the diesel generator set is used in the environment beyond the requirements of 1, 2 and 3 above, the output power can also be modified according to the operation and maintenance manual of diesel engine.
