Daily maintenance and technical maintenance of generator set:
1. Check whether the connecting bolts of rotating parts are loose and tighten them in time;

4. Check the water surface of the water tank;
5. Check the oil and water pipe joints;

Level I technical maintenance: (50-80 hours) added to the contents of daily maintenance
1. Clean the air filter and replace it if necessary;
2. Replace diesel filter, air filter and water filter;
3. Check the tension of the drive belt;
4. Add lubricating oil to all oil nozzles and lubricating parts;
5. Replace cooling water
Level II technical maintenance: (250-300 hours) the contents of daily maintenance and level I maintenance are added
1. Clean the piston, piston pin, cylinder liner, piston ring and connecting rod bearing and check their wear;
2. Check whether the inner and outer rings of the main rolling bearing are loose;
3. Remove the scale and sediment in the water channel of the cooling water system;
4. Remove the carbon deposits in the cylinder combustion chamber and the inlet and exhaust passages;
5. Check the matching wear of valve, valve seat, push rod and rocker arm, and carry out grinding and adjustment;
6. Clean the carbon deposit of turbocharger rotor, check the wear of bearing and impeller, and repair and replace it if necessary;
7. Check whether the bolts of the coupling between the generator set and the diesel engine are loose and slippery. If any problem is found, repair and replace it.
The output voltage of the generator set is unstable, which affects the normal operation of the generator set and leads to the failure of normal operation. Then, what is the reason for the unstable output voltage of the generator set?
