Before operation, the starting circuit of prime mover shall be cut off, the battery connection shall be disconnected, the closed circuit with power grid or other generators shall be cut off, and the warning sign of no switching on shall be hung on the open circuit.
4、 It is forbidden to open the cover plate and protective cover during the operation of the generator to prevent electric shock and mechanical damage; It is forbidden to touch the running parts to avoid injury caused by the involvement of clothes and hair.
5、 Protect the generator from moisture.
6、 Prevent metal dust, water droplets, dust and harmful gases from entering the motor.
7、 When the generator is running, it is forbidden to cover any object on the motor to ensure the ventilation and heat dissipation of the motor. VIII. During the operation of the generator, the rated speed, voltage and current of the unit shall not be exceeded. In case of abnormal sound, odor and abnormal vibration, the motor shall be stopped immediately.
9、 Under normal conditions, the temperature rise of generator bearing shall not exceed 55 ℃, the bearing grease shall be checked regularly, and the zl-3 lithium base bearing grease of the same brand must be used to replace the grease.
10、 The standby unit shall operate without load once a month for 10 ~ 15 minutes each time; Operate at large load (more than 80% load) for 2 ~ 4 hours every year.
11、 The replacement time of diesel filter element is every 300 hours; The replacement time of air filter element is every 400 hours; The first replacement time of the oil filter element is 50 hours, and then 250 hours.
12、 The first oil change time is 50 hours, and the normal oil change time is every 250 hours. Replace with Volvo special engine oil or shell and Mobil engine oil, with engine oil viscosity of 15w-40.
13、 When used under harsh conditions, the replacement cycle of engine oil and engine oil filter element is 100 hours. The replacement of air filter shall be carried out according to the air filter indicator. If the air filter indicator enters the red area, the air filter shall be replaced.
