Wrong operation 2: slam the accelerator before flameout

If the high-speed diesel generator set suddenly stops running, its huge inertia will damage the parts of crank connecting rod mechanism and valve train. At the same time, the fuel flows down the cylinder wall because it enters the cylinder too much to burn completely, diluting the lubricating oil. In addition, it will significantly increase the carbon deposition in the generator piston, valve and combustion chamber, resulting in blockage of fuel injection nozzle and piston jamming.

Wrong operation 3: equipment overspeed and overload operation are easy to cause rough work, and the machine operates under the working condition of excessive load and high speed. The cylinder liner, piston and connecting rod bear increased thermal load and mechanical load, which is prone to cylinder pulling, Bush burning and other faults.

Wrong operation 4: when the temperature of cooling water and engine oil is too low, the diesel engine is running. The cylinder wall temperature decreases and the cooling water temperature is too low. The water vapor generated by combustion condenses into water droplets, which contact with the exhaust gas to form acidic substances, which adhere to the cylinder wall and cause corrosion and wear. Practice has proved that the diesel generator set temporarily operates under the condition of low cooling water temperature, the gap between the piston and the cylinder liner is large, the cylinder knocking phenomenon has occurred, and vibration has occurred, resulting in cavitation corrosion of the cylinder liner. The oil temperature is too low, the oil viscosity is large, the fluidity is poor, and the oil quantity at the lubricating parts is insufficient, which makes the lubrication worse, increases the wear of the friction pair, and shortens the service life of the generator.

Wrong operation 5: when the oil pressure is too low, the lubricating parts can not get enough oil. Therefore, the lubrication system cannot carry out normal oil circulation and pressure lubrication. During the driving of the generator, pay attention to the oil pressure gauge or oil pressure indicator. If the oil pressure is found to be lower than the specified pressure, stop the operation immediately and continue driving after troubleshooting.
