1. When water is found in the standby power diesel generator, shut down the generator set immediately if it is in operation. In the shutdown state, it is not allowed to start up.
2. Then lift one side of the standby power diesel generator with a hard object to make the oil drain part of the engine oil pan at the lowest position, screw the oil drain plug and pull out the oil dipstick to make the water in the oil pan flow out by itself. When the oil is about to be drained, slightly let the oil and water drain together, and then screw on the oil drain plug.
3. Remove the air filter, replace it with a new filter element and soak it in oil.
4. Next, remove the lower intake and exhaust pipes and muffler to drain the water in the pipe. Turn on the pressure reducing valve, turn the diesel engine to generate electricity, and observe whether there is water discharged from the inlet and exhaust ports. If there is water discharged, continue to turn the crankshaft until all the water in the cylinder is discharged. Install the intake and exhaust pipes and muffler, add a little oil to the air inlet, rotate the crankshaft for several revolutions, and then install the air filter.
5. Remove the oil tank, drain all the oil and water in it, check whether there is water in the fuel system and drain it.
6. Drain the sewage in the water tank and water channel, clean the water channel, and add clean river water or boiled well water until the water float rises. Open the throttle switch and start the diesel engine. After starting the diesel engine, pay attention to the rise of the oil indicator and listen to the diesel engine for abnormal noise. After checking whether all parts are normal, run in the diesel engine. In the running in sequence, idle first, then medium speed, and then high speed, and the running time is 5min respectively. After running in, stop the machine and drain the oil. Add new engine oil again, start the diesel engine, run at medium speed for 5min, and then it can be used normally.
7. Disassemble the generator, check the stator and rotor inside the generator, and then dry it before assembly.
