1. Cushion leakage treatment
For oil leakage at the leak proof gasket of diesel oil pipe joint, a layer of double-sided smooth thin plastic pad can be added on both sides of the leak proof gasket, which can be tightened to prevent leakage.
2. Leakage control method of paint film solution
If the joints of diesel engine oil tank, water tank and crankcase leak, the paint can be soaked in alcohol, and then the paint solution can be applied to the cleaned joints. However, the cost of paint chips is high, and they are generally used in case of emergency.
3. Oil leakage treatment

If a new paper pad is used, soak the new paper pad in diesel oil for 10 minutes before installation, then take it out and wipe it clean, apply a layer of butter on the joint surface, and then install it.
4. Liquid sealant leakage control method
In case of interface leakage and destructive leakage caused by solid gasket defects (such as pits, grooves and cracks) on the diesel engine, apply liquid sealant on the cleaned solid gasket joint surface. After curing, a uniform, stable and continuously adhered peelable film gasket can be formed to prevent all leakage.
5. Anaerobic glue leakage treatment
In case of leakage at the vent bolt, stud bolt and screw plug on the diesel engine, apply anaerobic adhesive to the cleaned bolt, thread or screw hole, which can quickly solidify to form a film, fill the gap of parts, bear large pressure, and have the fastening function of strong shockproof and anti loosening. If it is used at the thread of high-pressure oil pipe joint of diesel engine, the leakage control effect is better.
6. Size recovery glue leakage control method
In case of leakage at the shaft and sleeve, bearing and bearing seat, valve and seat, self tightening oil seal, felt cup and packing packing on the diesel engine, the size recovery glue can be applied to the worn parts of the cleaned mating parts.
