The fuel injection nozzle, oil delivery pipe, valve cover and other parts of the diesel generator set may have oil leakage. The oil leakage will not only increase the operation cost, but also reduce the power generation effect. 1. Fuel return from fuel injection nozzle: fuel injection nozzle is a precision component. If dirty diesel oil is used or the equipment is used for a long time, the oil will be returned due to the wear of the fuel injection nozzle. However, the cost of replacing the fuel injection nozzle is high. In order to avoid oil return leakage, the oil can be led back to the oil tank through the oil return pipe or into the diesel filter. If the oil return pipe is damaged, a section of plastic pipe can be used to introduce the oil into its own container, and then pour it back to the oil tank after filtration.


2. Oil leakage in the oil delivery part: it can be properly handled according to the situation: if the washer of the hollow screw of the oil delivery pipe is uneven, the washer can be removed, ground flat and padded. If the problem cannot be solved, the washer can be replaced with a new one, or cut into a washer with thicker soft plastic material; The oil leakage at the joint between the plastic oil pipeline and the metal is mostly caused by the hardening or cracking of the plastic oil pipeline. The hardened and cracked parts can be cut off, then scalded soft with hot water, installed on the metal joint while hot, and then bound firmly with metal wire; If the metal oil pipeline breaks and leaks oil, the broken part can be brazed. In addition, in order to prevent the rupture of the oil pipeline, when installing the oil pipeline, the curvature shall be appropriate, do not pull the installation, and the pipe body shall not contact with the fuselage to avoid wear.


3. Oil leakage of valve cover: if the tightening force of valve cover is too large during installation, it is easy to deform and leak oil. At this time, the leaking valve cover can be removed, carefully hammered and shaped with a wooden rod to make its contact surface flat, and then padded with gasket for installation.


The methods described above can help you simply deal with the problem of oil leakage. For the parts prone to oil leakage, you need to focus on the daily maintenance and pay attention to the impact of wear on accessories. And the failure of some rubber parts.


The following five measures can reduce oil consumption:


1. The use of sealing adhesive can seal, prevent leakage, fasten and plug the gap, so as to prevent oil leakage. If the oil seal is damaged, it shall be replaced in time.


2. Always keep negative pressure or zero pressure in the crankcase to prevent positive pressure. Negative pressure valve can be installed for single cylinder diesel engine, and filter screen vent can be set for multi cylinder diesel engine.


3. Change the engine oil regularly. When the engine oil becomes thin or aging and loses its lubricating effect, it shall be replaced with new engine oil in time.


4. Replace the new energy-saving piston ring, especially the oil ring, to improve the oil scraping force and prevent the oil from falling into the combustion chamber; The cylinder liner shall be repaired in time after wear, and the cylinder liner, piston ring and piston can be replaced if necessary.


5. Replace the valve guide in time after it is worn to prevent the oil from falling into the combustion chamber along the valve stem.
