China's first mine engineering equipment flexible lifting power station successfully put into operation

In November 2020, under the leadership of qingneng Energy Research Institute, weijiamao coal power company built the key technology research and development and science and technology demonstration project of power exchange station and power exchange mine card. The first batch of six 90 ton electric wide body mine cards were put into trial operation one after another, mainly responsible for the earthwork stripping operation of open-pit coal mine. The battery system of the tramcar adopts the advanced thermal management technology based on closed liquid cooling cycle, which ensures the normal service in extremely cold and high dust climate. The whole process of power exchange takes about 5-6 minutes, reaching the domestic advanced level. The vehicle and battery information is uploaded to the self-developed intelligent cloud platform, which can analyze and predict the health status of the battery through artificial intelligence algorithm, and carry out early warning and automatic intervention for faults and fire hazards, so as to improve the reliability and safety of the system equipment.
