It was learned on September 16 that through the new generation power trading platform, the Northwest Branch of State Grid Co., Ltd. has organized and completed the cross regional and cross provincial power purchase transaction of Shaanxi Power Grid in September, of which the carbon neutral green power transaction of the 14th National Games, the 11th National Paralympic Games and the 8th Special Olympics was fully implemented.
In the process of organizing power trading, the Northwest Branch of State Grid took the lead in ensuring the optimal allocation of clean electricity. In the cross regional and cross provincial power purchase transaction of Shaanxi Power Grid in September, the division arranged Shaanxi Power Grid to purchase 534 million kwh of clean power from Sichuan, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Tibet and other provinces, accounting for 26.90% of the cross regional and cross provincial power purchase transaction of Shaanxi Power grid in that month.
In order to ensure reliable power supply during the 14th National Games, the Northwest Branch of the State Grid supports 3.14 million kW power of Shaanxi power grid through cross regional and cross provincial power transactions, so as to ensure sufficient reserve capacity of Shaanxi Power Grid and help improve local air quality.
The Northwest Branch of State Grid implements the relevant requirements of power supply for the 14th National Games of the State Grid Co., Ltd., implements Xi'an environmental protection implementation plan for the 14th National Games and Paralympic Games, gives full play to the advantages of large power grid and the role of trading platform, optimizes resource allocation and helps improve the quality of regional environment.
In accordance with the principle of "protecting Shaanxi in the northwest, protecting the core of Shaanxi, protecting the important points of each city and ensuring the safety of the whole network", the Northwest Branch of State Grid, in coordination with State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Electric Power Trading Center, and under the unified coordination of Beijing Electric Power Trading Center, optimizes and carries out cross regional and cross provincial electric power transactions with full market scope, full trading cycle and full resource integration, Realize sufficient clean power in the whole network and ensure the energy consumption needs of Shaanxi power grid.
It is reported that the Northwest Branch of the State Grid cooperates to ensure the implementation of power transactions through the 750 kV backbone grid of the northwest power grid, cross provincial transmission channels and cross regional transmission channels such as chaila DC and Debao DC. In September, the division implemented 1.207 billion kwh of electricity purchased in Shaanxi through annual inter provincial power transactions, 566 million kwh of monthly transactions and 212 million kwh of multi day transactions in the month. The Division also innovated the integration and utilization strategy of transmission channel resources, realized the combination of Sichuan Tibet networking project and Debao DC channel for the first time, and implemented the clean energy transmission in Tibet, with an additional 23.4 million kwh in Shaanxi and a maximum power of 156000 kW in a month.
At the same time, the northwest division of the State Grid optimized the control strategy, increased the transmission limit of Xinjiang and the "four fish section" by 900000 kW, cooperated with the State Grid Shaanxi electric power and the State Grid Xinjiang electric power, organized the signing of the power supply guarantee agreement for the 14th National Games in Xinjiang, and implemented the increased electricity supply of 129 million kWh and the maximum electricity of 300000 kW. With the support of Beijing electric power trading center and the state power dispatching control center of State Grid Corporation of China, the division successfully organized the export transaction of lingshao DC supporting power supply to Shaanxi Province from September to December for the first time. The transaction power in September was 244 million kwh, with a maximum power of 1.49 million KW.
