Recently, the national data network of the National Bureau of statistics released the data of industrial power generation above Designated Size (hereinafter referred to as power generation) in 31 provinces, regions and municipalities directly under the central government from January to September. According to the arrangement of cable network, from January to September, China's power generation was 6072.12 billion kwh, with a year-on-year increase of 10.7%. According to regions, they are:

In North China, the power generation from January to September was about 1053.66 billion kwh, of which the power generation in Beijing was 33.95 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 8.3%; 57.82 billion kwh in Tianjin, a year-on-year increase of 6.5%; Hebei Province was 247.24 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 1.8%; Shanxi Province was 274.76 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 11.4%; Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was 439.89 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 4.9%.

In Northeast China, the power generation from January to September was about 314.98 billion kwh, of which the power generation in Liaoning Province was 160.34 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 6.6%; Jilin Province was 71.1 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 0.3%; In Heilongjiang Province, it was 83.54 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 3.7%.

In East China, the power generation from January to September was about 1782.74 billion kwh, of which the power generation in Shanghai was 71.79 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 18.3%; Jiangsu Province was 435.31 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 16.1%; Zhejiang Province was 303.52 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 22.4%; Anhui Province was 217.35 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 11.2%; Fujian Province was 215.05 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 14.7%; Jiangxi Province was 108.08 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 12.3%; Shandong Province was 431.64 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 6.7%.

In central and southern China, the power generation from January to September was about 1215.83 billion kwh, of which the power generation in Henan Province was 211.98 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 1.3%; Hubei Province was 238.14 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 9.4%; In Hunan Province, it was 124.26 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 12.4%; Guangdong Province was 461.46 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 22.9%; Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region accounted for 152 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 10.4%; Hainan was 27.99 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 12.4%.

In Southwest China, the power generation from January to September was about 823.66 billion kwh, of which the power generation in Chongqing was 71.23 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 22.7%; 298.64 billion kwh in Sichuan Province, a year-on-year increase of 1.8%; In Guizhou Province, 171.11 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 10.4%; In Yunnan Province, it was 276.37 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 9.1%; Tibet Autonomous Region reached 6.31 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 15.7%.

In Northwest China, the power generation from January to September was about 881.26 billion kwh, including 195.78 billion kwh in Shaanxi Province, a year-on-year increase of 15.3%; Gansu Province was 128.28 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 9.8%; Qinghai Province was 66.22 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 1.6%; Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region was 148.55 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 10.6%; Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region was 342.43 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 15.8%.
