Working principle of brushless generator
The working principle of the brushless alternator is to provide excitation to the exciting winding of the exciter on the stator. The rotor armature winding will emit AC power. After rectification, the rotor will supply power to the exciting winding of the main generator in the rotor, so that the main generator The armature winding on the stator induces the required alternating current. This is the "brushless" working principle of general alternators.
However, what the landlord is talking about is a "small" alternator, and the surface of the two rotor windings has a "magnet", and the winding coils each have a capacitor and a resistance. The principle of such a generator should be different from ordinary generators. Since there is no picture to look at, I dare not draw conclusions. I can only make a guess on the role of the components provided: the two windings of the rotor should be used to provide the main generator with a DC magnetic field. The "small magnet" should be The core of the rotor winding, the capacitor and resistor should be used for filtering, but how to rectify it? Should there be a rectifier diode? For small alternators, the output voltage may not need to be adjusted, so the stator of the exciter may not necessarily use field windings (permanent magnets may be used for direct excitation).
In addition, there is another possibility: the generator is directly excited by a permanent magnet installed in the rotor, the windings of the rotor are used to adjust the excitation magnetic field, and the resistance and capacitance are used for filtering.
Brushless synchronous generator:
This is a dual frequency variable frequency brushless synchronous generator. The dual frequency variable frequency brushless synchronous generator is an intermediate frequency (400 Hz) generator, a power frequency (50 Hz) generator, an AC exciter, a rotary rectifier, and a brushless excitation. Device, clutch, fan, frame, front cover, rear cover and bearings, etc. The variable frequency brushless generator is a generator of a certain frequency (50 Hz), which uses external power for asynchronous start, synchronous excitation, and synchronous operation. Driving another frequency (400 Hz) generator to generate electricity, the entire process is brushless.
Can achieve brushless dual-frequency power generation, but also can achieve brushless variable frequency power generation. Dual-frequency variable-frequency brushless synchronous generator can achieve dual-frequency and variable-frequency power generation without brushing, eliminating slip ring brushes, no spark high-frequency interference, no slip ring and carbon brush wear problems; power frequency and intermediate frequency voltage are mutually Does not interfere, the voltage waveform has good chord characteristics, and the power supply quality is excellent; the generator has high reliability, simple maintenance, and easy to realize intelligent automatic control of the power station.
