Responsibility description:
1. Handle the daily maintenance work of the equipment department to ensure the effective operation of the company's production equipment;

3. Installation and maintenance of production equipment and acceptance of purchased or moved equipment;
4. Participate in the company's regular meetings and preside over department meetings to convey the company's spirit;
5. Allocate, guide and inspect the work of subordinates, and conduct performance assessment and internal technical training;
6. Technical guidance of equipment accident scene, making equipment maintenance plan, analyzing causes and summarizing rules;
7. Coordinate the relationship between the Department and other departments of the company;
